Title Insurance
Itzler & Itzler, P.A. is an authorized title agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and for Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund, Inc. All of these title companies are recognized and accepted by lenders throughout the State of Florida.
As an authorized title agent, Itzler & Itzler can provide title insurance for both commercial and residential purchasers; option holders, institutional and private lenders; and tenants holding leasehold interests in real property. Title insurance policies are issued for the protection of the insured and insure against loss from title defects, survey matters, unknown liens or encumbrances, the unmarketability of the title and lack of a right of access to and from the land which may have occurred prior to purchaser's acquiring the real property.
