As an avid cyclist, Mr. Itzler brings a unique perspective to representing bicycling clients that have been injured by motorists.  Many of the rules of the road that would apply to operators of automobiles also apply to cyclists. However, there are some important distinctions and differences in the laws applied to cyclists, and knowledge of these distinctions and differences is crucial in protecting the injured cyclist’s rights and in maximizing his or her recovery.   These cases are handled on a contingent fee basis where no fee is paid by the client unless our firm is successful in obtaining a recovery for them either by settlement or through trial.
