For more than two decades, Peter Itzler has devoted his law practice to civil litigation and personal injury practice with the goal of obtaining justice and fair compensation for those injured by the negligence of others. He provides a free initial consultation to discuss the facts and circumstances of any case and will handle most personal injury cases on a contingency basis. That means there are no attorney’s fees owed by the client unless Mr. Itzler is successful in winning or settling the client’s case. Mr. Itzler intentionally limits the size of his practice and the number of clients that he will represent at one time. This enables him to personally handle each client’s matter and to maximize his familiarity with the client and that client’s specific needs.
